On this cruise we sail north from Hanøy, or from Bergen city centre if the trip is booked from there.
We sail past Herdla, which is the northernmost area on Askøy, and continue on past Rubbegarnståna, the northernmost point in the Øygarden region. From there we set course west out towards the sea, where we reach the island of Hernar and then on north to Fedje.

From there we set course west out towards the sea, where we reach the island of Hernar. Here we go through a narrow and scenic strait where you will see a number of fine cabins and boathouses.
It may be possible to go ashore if there is room at one of the public docks, to explore the little island of Hernar on foot on a leisurely 20-minute walk.
